Sci High Makerspace & Carpentry programs have a shared work space where students collaborate with one another as well as our industry partners to learn life long skills. These tools will be essential to our students as they develop new skills and gain knowledge they will continue to use throughout their life - Band Saw and Nailer. Our CTE program is dedicated to exposing kids to the rewards of skilled trade careers and offering industry-based credentials in high-wage, high-demand fields. Having tools like the band saw and nailer would give these students the ability to gain knowledge that will help them as they continue through life. It is our hope that, given the resources, our students can change their communities by empowering themselves personally, economically and socially. With your help, our students can take their development to the next level, designing and building a structure from start to finish.
