In a world where technology is everything, it is no surprise that we also need technology in the classroom! Mrs. Hall's kindergarten strives to be a 21st century classroom where we differentiate instruction to meet the needs of EACH and every student. A huge way we do this is with technology. We need Chromebooks that turn into touchscreen tablets in our stations, so we can incorporate individual technology based lessons into each and every day. Students would benefit so much from being able to use applications on the tablet that would provide tactile learning. Star-fall, ABC and Reflex Math allow me to progress monitor my students and assign them online lessons. Students who need RTI could also benefit from the use of the tablets and would be able to use a variety of YouTube activities, and educational websites to help get them on grade level.
