I am a math and science teacher to 50 fourth grade students. I focus on critical thinking to get students to dig deeper into their thoughts. It is important that students have proper supplies to help them answer questions. It is more important that students be able to write their thoughts appropriately. I want my students to think about their writing responses and not how they will get the money for their supplies. Students should be able to concentrate on their work and how to be successful. We will be using the items in the classroom to make mistakes and recognize them and then make corrections.
