Help make my classroom feel like home! I want my students to be able to move around and learn in a place that feels comfortable and safe. I have some students who have IEP needs and I think having flexible seating would benefit them. My kiddos will feel empowered by having some degree of choice and control over their environment. Flexible seating allows students to choose where they work and with whom and right now we only have regular small chairs. It also allows them to change their location and positions as needed. Students could read on the Hypoallergenic pillow, draw sitting on the Wobble Cushions, etc.
