I am requesting an adjustable, collaborative dry-erase table, eight metal stools, and two wobble stools. With students sitting the majority of the day at their desk, they need to have options. They can work in groups of 2-8 at the table, brainstorm with the dry-erase tabletop, or just work independently. They have the option to sit at a cool stool, stand, or switch when they need to. With students constantly growing and various heights, it becomes more comfortable than a plastic chair. The stools and table will help improve classroom inappropriate behavior. It allows students the flexibility to move without distracting others. Also, it provides students with additional practice of collaborating and compromising. The wobble chairs allow students to take a break from their regular boring desk chair. They can move them away from the desk for independent reading or small group with the teacher.
