There's nothing better than dancing to a solid rhythmic beat to warm you up and get your blood going-- so important for their classroom work. Kids will be able to release pent up wiggles and frustrations with the gross motor movements in dancing and drumming on large unbreakable balls in buckets. Even adults find it infectious! At the same time they'll be learning to work together musically, and how to perform their part correctly. The exercise balls in buckets will encourage them to truly become a TEAM, and not just a group, while dancing to good music and having fun.
