My students love to design and create items to show their learning. With the implememtatiom of more customized learning in our classroom, I want to give my students another way to create a product with multiple mediums to show their learning, understanding, and inventiveness. With a Cricut Maker, this can be possible. The Cricut can be used to create STEM products with wood and various other materials. My students can create flash cards, and creative extension projects. With a Cricut Maker my students can make and create projects like a t-shirt for clubs, field trips, or fundraisers. They will be able to incorporate this technology for project-based learning and endless amounts of other projects for years to come. I also hope to inspire other educators to purchase and learn how to use a Cricut Maker in their classrooms. That way the students can also take on a leader role and show others how to use this technology in a creative learning environment.
