Setting my class up for success is a priority for me. Flexible seating is now a key ingredient in this process. The moment I started this, I saw minds open as well as space in our classroom. Crowded spaces led to fixed mindsets. After my first year of implementation, I've seen this loud and clear. The growth mindset is possible with increased engagement, focus, collaboration and comfortable seating like the ball chairs, stools, camping chairs and pod seats. Our sweet kids face so many obstacles at home, let's not let there be any challenges for them to face at school! I'd like to give them a classroom that is colorful, open with possibilities, and set up for success.
