We are wanting to host a VEX IQ robotics league in our school district. VEX IQ allows our scholars to problem-solve and engineer a robot to complete a specific task. Teams then compete with each other to score as many points as possible to determine who has constructed the best robots. Due to COVID-19, this may be the only opportunity our students have to compete. A district-wide robotics league would give 100+ students the opportunity to compete against other "engineer-minded" students. In order to operate an efficient league, TV monitors are required to display times as well as team scores. The TV monitors need to be mobile in order to set up quickly. Tablets are required for judges to calculate scores. The students on the robotics team will be able to learn and grown from their competition experiences. The supplies requested would help run a successful league this year and years to come!
