Physical education teachers need to find ways to to keep their students engaged while making it a fun and enjoyable experience. The stabilization balls will be used to encourage students to learn lifelong fitness habits and to keep themselves fit in a fun and engaging activity. The students will be having so much fun, they won't even realize that they are exercising and that they are using muscles in their body. In addition to using the balls for the drumming activity, the students can use them for other exercise activities in their PE class. For example, the balls are perfect for yoga and stretching exercises.
