With your generous donation and support of this project I will be able to effectively incorporate hands-on learning to provide active student engagement. These tools will be utilized during math center time and throughout the school day. These materials will help my students become independent math learners as they explore them and learn with them during small math group time. STEM and math are essential subject areas, even in a kindergarten classroom. We are looking forward to learning math concepts in different ways using these new materials. The Geoboards, Pattern Blocks and other manipulatives will be used for may different activites while the Book Bins will be used to store the materials. The Pocket Chart will be used to display which math centers and activites will be used each day.
