As one of our 8th grade STEAM projects for the year, we will be priming and painting the back right wall of our gymnasium. For years the students have used this as a 'graffiti' wall. We are going to create a mural that will serve as a memorial for prior students. We are requesting paper and paint. Each of the involved students will be creating a design of their choice. We will be dividing the rectangular area on the wall into 189 squares. The students will paint their approved design into one square of the mural. The project will serve as the current 8th graders leaving their positive mark in the school. It will not be complete by the end of the year as there will be squares remaining to lead into next year's 8th grade class.
