My students are super charged about a variety of STEM projects as well as Innovation and Design. They have opportunities to learn about the Engineering DesignProcess and Design Thinking process. Students range from 6th Grade to 8th Grade and come from varied backgrounds. There are 4 different elementary feeder schools. Opportunities exist in different areas of stem related projects. Listing a few: building structures such as paper roller coasters and balsa would bridges; designing and constructing expandable shoes, building bandsaw puzzle boxes,, coding and robotics, hover crafts, simple circuits.... the list goes on.
