Students love watching videos. Students love to record videos. I know that students will LOVE to make videos! I have designated an area of my room as the recording zone. I imagine students creating newscasts, video book reports, performing readers theater and whatever else I can think of to keep these students active and engaged. The green screen studio will provide the magic, students can instantly be whisked away to a foreign land or wherever their imagination leads them. The opportunity to create a project using video enhanced with green screen technology will have a very high impact on student engagement. In the meantime it will demonstrate, in no uncertain terms, how much they have learned!
