My students need the basic needs meet of nutrition and food. I provide snacks and such for students that may or may not get enough food at home to get them through a school day. Having something in their stomaches helps with their concentration and focus in their classes but also fulfills a basic need. I teach a wide variety of needs throughout the day. Most students need some type of sensory item or fidget to be able to get their work done. In order to help the students focus I am asking for "yuk balls", desk bands, and other fidgets to help with students who have ADHD, autism, and so many other needs.
