This is a safe option to help our students with range of motion and coordination issues (students with down syndrome and other disabilities that effect their coordination) as well as those with autism and ADHD that need an outlet for stress or a healthy time out option. It is a lifesaver for some students that need to release frustration particularly if they cannot verbalize what they are feeling. I have also had students learn to count while they jump that were not able to learn in a more conventional way. They can jump while listening to a favorite song and practice taking turns.

About my class
