Having a second monitor will support student engagement and success because I will be able to view the work they are doing on their screens, while being able to present information over zoom in slides, videos, and interactive websites. A second monitor will allow me to keep students' faces viewable on zoom which will support effective interaction with students while we're physically separated. Currently, valuable class time is being lost trying to toggle between my shared zoom screen, the attendance system screen, and the chat and participants feature on zoom.
