The majority of our PE equipment is inaccessible due to the recent hurricane and tornado. Our primary elementary gym was destroyed in Hurricane Harvey and some of the equipment is unable to be reached. Our other gym that we have limited access to is now inaccessible as well. A tornado messed up part of the roof which brought rain into the gym which brought mold. We are not allowed in the gym and when we are the equipment has to be thrown out due to the mold and health concerns. Our program is now being held outside wherever possible with limited equipment. Please consider donating to our program and help it get back on its feet. I have requested class sets of basketballs and footballs for our use as well as some general fitness equipment to work on our students' overall fitness level.
