One of the projects we have in science is by demonstrating what the've learned in class by giving them performance tasks. One of the ways we do these is by letting them perform some science demonstrations to grade schoolers. The high schoolers are doing these for the small kids for 2 consecutive years already and positive feedback was given to us. By this, they will be able to go beyond what they've learned in the classroom by reaching out and inspiring small kids to learn more about science and help them see that science could be fun to learn in a greater perspective. The mobile lab table project for my class will give them a more flexible way for them to go from one classroom to another to share what they've learned to others.
