I encourage my students to learn through project based teaching through out the day. By incorporating more STEM activities the Turn and Learn magnetic gears will be a huge hit for them to build and learn with. I incorporate imagination play because it is so important in Early Childhood and the Translucent Imagination builders are known for pulling out their creative abilities. The Oklahoma Science standards for Pre-K require us to encourage the students to explore cause and effect, to observe objects sliding, turning, and if they are magnetic or not. Students in my classroom will love to be able to explore these activities hands on so they can discover through their senses. The clip and create builders will be another great tool to add to my tool box of activities to engage my students. Engaging my students is my goal and the goal of our District so they can succeed and be future graduates.
