My students need an easel, pencils, clipboards, and manipulatives. Manipulatives such as base ten blocks will provide students a hands on experience of developing conceptual understanding of basic number concepts. Pencils are the one basic supply every classroom needs, especially mine. My students lose their pencils, break their pencils on a daily basis. Some of my students did not even bring any pencils to school. So, it is my job to provide them with the tools necessary for success in my classroom. Clipboards will be used for students to work in different areas of the room. They will keep their work secure and safe.
