All of our students involved in the Black Student Union are volunteering for community service and competing academically to qualify to be one of the awarded recipients’ of a chrome book to assist with their college education endeavors. "With these new Chrome Books, Students have a Better Chance of succeeding in College." Students will be encouraged to keep up academic grades through their high school years in order to qualify for the chrome book. Many students will be motivated be inspirational speakers and role models. All participants will take part in a project to help serve and educate the community. Capitol Hill students will get a chance to motivate other peers in making good choices through skits and plays. During a Black Heritage Program students of all backgrounds and races will come together to promote unity and a sense of accomplishment.
