All of these books have been chosen with my students in mind. I have watched them the past couple weeks of school read titles just like these, and I have also asked them what type of books they would enjoy reading. We were lacking sports books, and current titles. I also want to replace commonly read books that are slowly falling apart. Students will be able to choose books, which will help them continue to enjoy independent reading time. “The more that you read, the more things you will know, the more that you learn, the more places you'll go.”
