When students enter first grade everything seems so big and out of reach. An easel can bring everything within their reach. A classroom easel will provide an opportunity for students to become actively engaged in our lessons, whether it is through reading, writing, or math activities. With a classroom easel, my first graders will be able to better see and interact with our big books during read aloud, shared reading, and word work activities. In addition, this will help students during shared writing as well. The easel can bring learning to their fingertips. Imagine a classroom where all students are excited to learn. This easel will go a long way in helping children express their learning.
