Technology is used daily in our classroom to support learning, however with limited resources, only a few students have access to technology at the same time. These Chromebooks will enable students to engage with curriculum at their individualized level. Students will utilize these Chromebooks to access the online components of our Language Arts, Math, and Science curriculum and to conduct research during our project-based learning time. Currently, students are working on a research project that combines Science and Literacy. The use of technology will aid them in accessing information more easily, organizing information, and sharing their findings with classmates. In addition to curricular support, these Chromebooks will provide third grade students with expanded learning opportunities and 21st century technology skills.
