All of the items in this project are necessary for facilitating student learning. Students will use these materials daily in various areas of learning. These items make up the basic essentials for a happy and healthy classroom. Students will sit on carpet for daily direct instruction, will use markers and colored pencils to use their creativity while learning, and will be able to calm down when needed with the use of stress-relieving toys and accessories. Beyond those basic supplies, I have included multicultural colored pencils that better reflect students' skin tones, seating for students with sensory sensitivities, and more. I plan to use these supplies to create a classroom that reflects my students, and allows them to express themselves creatively!
