We are a charter school so our classrooms were not built with all the big, fancy equipment that a regular public school gets for their cooking labs. We have just a regular household fridge, and a smaller one at that. It works great, but many times just is not large enough to hold all the supplies needed for our labs. This makes it necessary to shop each day costing more in gas and increasing the chance that items are forgotten. A newer, larger fridge will enable all cold food items to fit allowing all students to participate in the lab!
