Canadian is a rural school where most students are from a low economic home. Lots of times teachers buy school supplies, clothes, and even food for them. We have some children who do not even have running water or electricity. I take care of all Middle School students who require special services. I am currently building a sensory room for our autistic children and other students who may benefit from a sensory rich environment. Our sensory room will provide children with mild to profound disabilities with sensory experiences they would not normally have access to.

About my class
