Sharpened pencils lead to sharp minds! My students have to go across the hall to use another teacher's pencil sharpener. If we had one in the classroom it would be beneficial so students would have easy access to the sharpener in our own classroom. The flying discs would be used as dry erase boards especially when we are completing our daily calendar math activities. To keep the students engaged, I would have a student who has the correct answer throw the flying disc to me and then come up to explain the correct answer. The drums would be used as a celebration instrument and also to keep the other students motivated!
