All of my students come from low-income households. As if that wasn't hard enough, they were ALL impacted heavily by Hurricane Harvey in 2017. They have overcome so many obstacles that life as thrown at them...with a smile on their face. They still see the positives and show up to school every single day. I have 160 students total in grades 6-12. I am proud to say that I have 100% class participation in my dance class (yes, even the boys do ballet!) I am so blessed to have these students in my life and want to give them everything and every opportunity possible.

About my class
