Being a teacher is one of the most rewarding things someone can do. Being able to watch their students learn, grow, mature, and prosper makes it all worth it! Unfortunately, the flip side is seeing the students face challenges they should never encounter in their young lives. These materials will be given to a student whose family is unable to provide basic necessities at this time. The jeans, khaki skirts and pants, shirts, underwear, and clothing will be given to this family who has recently experienced tragedy. The family is struggling to find stability for their children and with the beginning of school they are facing even more financial challenges. The shampoo and body wash will be given to the family so they will be ready for the day fresh and clean! These items will help the family start the school year off clean and clothed! Our goal in providing these items is for the family to get back "on their feet" and not worry about certain items, but focus on finding a stable place for their family to live!

About my class
