By using tables instead of standard desks, students are able to practice skills that help with cooperative learning as well as working independently. In the past, we have used buckets on the tables to help keep students organized. While they did a great job, they took up the majority of the space on their tables, and we need a solution that is better suited for primary learners. Having chair pockets keeps their supplies and materials close by, but off of their workspace! With chair pockets, my students won't have to waste precious time walking across the room for materials, or take up limited table space with bulky storage.
