I like to plan curriculum that connects my students to the real world and very rarely do adults remain passively sitting in their seats all day in the real world. Learning and creating requires action. Clipboards will allow my students to get up to do their work all around the classroom, in non traditional groupings and even on the floor when they are creating products. As students venture out the school building to observe history in the making, they can tuck their clipboards under their arms and have a writing surface anywhere, on the MBTA, at a school board meeting, or even at an archeological dig. Floppy note-taking sheets waste time and make kids unmotivated about capturing their thoughts and reactions to the world. Thank you for considering a contribution to our fund for clipboards!
