Arduino will expose students to programming language similar to C+. Students will able to also assemble and experiment with simple, DC components. Students can create simple to complex circuitry, in conjunction with the Arduino platform. Our classroom greatly needs more Arduino supplies. We currently have four, which the teacher received through an RET grant. Due to the popularity and effectiveness of these tools, four just simply is not enough. Our CTE Advisory Board has recommended that increase exposure to the skills acquired through lessons focusing on robotics and automation. Any help towards this project would be greatly appreciated by the students!
