With fewer tables, students that have mobility or vision needs will be able to navigate the classroom by themselves. By donating to our project you are helping the youngest learners feel safe in our room. Once students feel safe, then they are ready to learn and have a successful first year of school. Since these tables seat six students, they also help establish collaborative learning. Students can learn so much through working their peers. With 6 students, I can establish partner groups as well as small groups of three to six students. I am really excited to watch my students grow this school year!
