Kids love coding! One piece of technology that I think students will be drawn to is the Raspberry Pi! The Raspberry Pi is a computer with tons of capabilities that fits in the palm of the hand. Not only is its size small, but its price tag is small as well! This little computer is the real deal! I attended a Picademy this summer to find out more about this small but powerful computer, and what it can do to spark excitement and interest with kids and adults. I am excited to connect with the Raspberry Pi Foundation and begin a Code Club at my school, utilizing Raspberry Pi as one of many ways to connect kids with their interest in coding.
