Our classroom has a Dell 1720 laser printer. The ink cartridge has run out of ink. If we had a new ink cartridge, the students would be able to print their projects in the classroom. The students could see their completed work that day and not wait several days. The school is not buying new ink cartridges for printers in the classroom. I do not fear computers; I fear lack of them. From a school district bond, our students will be getting Chromebooks. This coming school year my second grade class will receive their Chromebooks. The students will not only do assignments or take tests on their Chromebooks, they will create projects. Some of those projects need to be printed off. A new ink cartridge will let the students print their projects in the classroom instead of waiting the next day.
