This rug will be used daily for whole group lessons, circle time, story telling, and much more. The flexible seating is ideal for teaching students about personal space and organization, and will provide comfort from our hard flooring. My students are more motivated to learn when they have a clear, defined space. They make better choices and are more involved in group discussion. The shelving units will serve to hold and organize our centers for both ELA and math. When students have a designated area where they know they can find materials, time is better managed and students feel more secure.
