Whiteboards in order for my students to practice the concepts we learn in class in an engaging way, where they can receive immediate feedback from myself and their peers. If they each have their own whiteboard they will be able to teach each other in a more engaging way. I hope to get algebra tiles and counters in order to ensure that I am supporting students in their ability to learn visually and kinesthetically. I want the students to be able to see what they are doing in order to jump to their own conclusions about how these mathematical concepts work. For example, students can use algebra tiles to represent quadratics expressions, which then allows them to see how they can find the factors of these equations.
