I teach first grade at a public school made up of children with diverse backgrounds. I know firsthand the impact teachers have on children. I wanted to be a teacher because of the amazing teacher I had in second grade. I strive to create a classroom environment for my students where they feel loved and supported and know that they can achieve anything, just like my second grade teacher did. Many students do not always have the proper supplies for learning, but they still show up to school with a smile on their face. As a teacher, I try to provide them with everything they need to be successful!

About my class
