Each day in Kindergarten we have reading groups. Each group has 3 to 4 students. The students rotate around several activities each day. One area is a listening center. Students have a book in hand, but get to listen to it being read to them. This is always a hit, young learners love to hear stories and look at pictures. I have lots of books and CDs, but I do not have the equipment to play the CDs. I have chosen wireless headphones because these are the easiest for young children. The bluetooth CD player also has no wires which makes it much easier for young students.
