Most of my students come from backgrounds of trauma and do not have a soft place to land in their lives. With these materials I will be able to create a place that they can come to each day and know that it will be warm, inviting, and calm. The materials will also allow the students to have a choice in where they want to sit, and will promote positive behavior as it is a privilege to get to use the yoga balls! The hand-held fidgets will allow my students to use there energy in a positive way while still tuning in to what we are working on in class. I believe these materials will make a world of difference for my kids.
