As a high school English teacher, I would like to focus on teaching my students good note-taking skills. I have a medium size dry erase board in my classroom, and I've found that there is never enough space to write what I want them to copy down. Frequently, I have to erase what I've written to make more space. I feel that having an interactive document camera in the classroom will help me to deliver information to students in a more efficient way. It will also be a great visual tool when going over answer to assignments done on worksheets, making it less confusing for students to follow along. In addition, this is something that students can also use when giving presentations to the rest of the class.
