My students all have an Individualized Educational Plan (IEP) with goals and objectives to address their Physical, Social, Health and Safety, and Intellectual needs. Creating a safe space within our classroom to intentionally work on physical development will positively impact my students as we provide instruction and opportunities to work on these goals and objectives. While some of my students' goals and objectives aim to work on skills such as balancing or bearing weight, others are learning strategies to regulate their bodies so they are ready to learn during instructional times. The Trampoline Fold and Go will stimulate brain and muscle coordination. The Super-Safe Tumbling Mat and Tumbling Ramp will be the critical component for making this developmental, multi-sensory, learning area of our classroom possible.
