I am using the document camera, ice maker and food processor to better explain the appliances and other machines in my foods labs and textile labs. I want to prevent injuries and breaking of the equipment. Some of the equipment I inherited was broken at the beginning of last year and needs to be replaced. Broken equipment does not help my students be successful. I also want to provide the notebooks for my classes to help students that can barely afford school supplies- which is common in our community. I also would like to provide activities for when I have a sub that kids like!
