These materials will provide our students with the ability to create items they can use to handle stress. Throughout the year, students share the challenges of handling the pressures of school, work, home, and relationships. These pressures can at times overwhelm them and negatively impact their health. Students report high levels of stress and anxiety on a daily basis, these items will provide an opportunity to "make and take" stress relief tools, equipping them with tools to overcome the many challenges they face. Thoughtful Thursday sessions will provide the opportunity for students to learn, experience, and practice several innovative strategies to cope with stress and anxiety.

About my class
