The use of a white board was a daily occurrence for my students in my old classroom. We practiced money skills, shopping for the week with online curricular ads focusing on budgets versus wants and needs, excerise skills like Zumba and Yoga, and musical therapy. It is important to bring back that technology to students again this school year. The Alexa will be able to help students become more independent by practicing interview skills, locating restaurants and their menu and prices for our monthly outings, as well as many other skills such as recipe guides on how long you boil eggs, to how many cups of flour for a homemade chocolate cake, to timers for races, and brain challenging games.
