The use of technology with special education is vital because many of students are incapable of reading and completing math on grade level. These laptops would allow 5 students to have the opportunity of going to the next level within their math classes. My school has just adopted a program and it requires technology. These laptops would assist my student in their accommodations. Many of my students require assistance with reading. Having these laptops will allow the students to be able to do assignments on the computer versus paper. The one on one assistance laptops provides the students is something I am not able to do simultaneously. I do believe having these laptops will give my students a sense of independence.
