Learning a second language as well as learning virtually are both new to my kindergarten students. Unlike my older students, they have no prior knowledge to draw from as we enter the virtual world of on-line school. Having "The Kindergartener's Handbook: Bilingual (English/French)", a resource that they can hold in their hands, will compliment my online instruction as well as provide them opportunities to practice at home. The book develops language and reading skills and uses more than 300 words that every students should know. The workbook contains vibrant colors and images to help hold student attention and will work in great conjuction with my virtual classroom.
