Flexible seating within a classroom offers students choice of where they learn best. At the same time, students are given the opportunity to move within the classroom and choose what suits their body and its needs the best, for that day. I am asking for two tub Barrel Chairs, four Thick Tatami Cotton Seats and a Coffee Table. Having a low table, soft chairs and cushions for students to curl up on and feel relaxed, allows their brains for fully engage in their task at hand. In addition, these chairs and cushions "soften" our learning environment and make it feel more welcoming. These items create a feeling of comfort and safety, crucial to having an open mind when students are learning.

About my class
